The Speed Project

The Ask: The Speed Project aimed to elevate their annual event, enhancing the experience for participants while maintaining its grassroots, adventurous essence.

The Project: In my role as event producer, I organized the logistics for the large-scale, ultramarathon relay from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. This involved coordinating with city officials, securing route permissions, managing participant safety, and fostering partnerships for media coverage.

The Result: The event not only ran seamlessly but also captured global attention, driving a surge in registrations for future relays. It maintained its reputation as a premier endurance challenge and solidified its status as a must-experience event for the running community.
